Our booking policy

Bookings can only be accepted from people over 18 years of age.  Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form.  By making a booking with 'us' you agree to the above terms and conditions.  'Us', 'we', refers to the property and owners of SunnyDale Lodge. 

 

Our cancellation policy

When making a booking with 'us', we strongly advise you to ensure you have sufficient holiday insurance should you need to cancel.  Our cancellation policy is as follows: (a) Cancellation up to four weeks prior to your stay will result in a loss of 50% of the total cost of your stay. (b) Cancellation within three weeks of your stay will result in 100% of the total cost of your stay being forfeited.

 

our payment policy

Full payment must be made four weeks prior to your stay commencing, if your arrival is less than four weeks away then full payment is due upon booking.  If non payment arises the owners reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposits already paid.

 

our liability policy

We reserve the right to cancel any booking for any reason up to four weeks prior to arrival with the return of any deposits paid, after four weeks prior to your stay we reserve the right to cancel as a result of force majeure' stopping us from providing accommodation under the agreed terms.  SunnyDale Lodge will not accept any liability other than to refund any deposits paid.  We cannot be held responsible for any failure of public services or disturbance beyond our control. We do not accept liability for any act of negligence, acidental damage, loss or damage to property or injury or death as a result of your stay.  We believe this website is a full and fair reflection of our accommodation and the services we provide but we reserve the right to change or upgrade any fixtures and furnishings without prior notice.
